    The MINI Logging Winch is primarily used in geological, hydrological, and engineering exploration fields, supporting logging and other geophysical instruments and downhole tools. This winch features an anti-magnetic design, including variable speed control, manual cable laying, tension protection, and power-off self-locking functions, making it suitable for various environmental conditions. It uses a DC brushless motor as its power source. The winch can be used in geophysical exploration and geological survey work in highlands, land, and marine environments. It has a strong adaptability, being suitable for various specifications of wire ropes, armored logging cables, and conventional cables.

    The MINI Logging Winch utilizes chain wheel transmission, characterized by a simple structure, safety and reliability, easy maintenance, and straightforward operation. The winch is compact in width and height, suitable for working in confined underground spaces; it is easy to operate, with speed adjustment, control buttons, and switches for convenience.

    At low speeds, the winch exerts a high pulling force, used for hauling heavy loads; at high speeds, it moves quickly, used for retracting the cable, pulling empty vehicles, etc. Users can adjust the speed and pulling force according to on-site demands for different working conditions.

    Advantages

    Utilizes a brushless DC motor as the power source, suitable for high temperature, high humidity, and high altitude environments; convenient for transportation, simple to maintain, and capable of stable long-term operation.

    Works with manual cable laying to maximize cable laying automation, extending the service life of the cable.

    Equipped with a standard power-off brake function, allowing the winch to stop in case of emergencies, ensuring the safety of downhole tools.

    Main structural components are made of high-strength aluminum alloy with surface oxidation enhancement, and stainless steel is used for fasteners.

    Maximizes the use of aluminum alloy materials to ensure that the logging cable is not magnetized, minimizing the self-inductance and mutual inductance as much as possible.
